He graduated from Maltepe University Visual Communication Design Department in 2005.
He studied at Istanbul University State Conservatory between 2002 and 2005. He worked with famous people such as Haldun Dormen, Serpil Günseli and Çelik Kasapoğlu.
He started working as a simultaneous interpreter during his university years and worked as a translator in various projects such as “Syrian children’s education and play rights” and “Improvement of mental hospitals in Turkey” with many international organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), IPA and UNICEF until 2010.
In 2010, he decided to bring his skills in role-playing and computer games, drama knowledge and communication skills, which he has been actively engaging with since he was 15, together and started teaching. He has worked as a freelance trainer on subjects such as drama, adult learning processes and customer communication in many different educational projects.
In 2014, he took on the duty of Yaşam Atölyesi Training Coordinator and in the following four years, he was the manager of the “Training and Consulting” certificate program held in cooperation with Kadir Has University. He started working on educational design with Seçil Altıntaş, the founder of “Atölyedeyiz”, and started to prepare special programs for institutions for his current client portfolio.
The training modules he designed include gamification modules, improvisational theater workshops, escape-room games, speaker trainings, trainer’s trainings and narrative experience design trainings.
Closely following the current education concepts with an organic connection with prestigious educational institutions such as ATD and University of California, Hasan Gümen has been working as a program developer and instructor at MasterCamp in 2018.
