"When I was studying at university, there were many times when I said, "Where am I?"
I think I'm good at human relations and I watch around. At the end of my impressions, I saw that people did a job they didn't like for many years. At the same time, they did not actually see the potential within themselves. They didn't know what they wanted to do and it was a long time. So, I took a step towards what I wanted to do by saying "it's time for me". I thought the first steps were difficult, but encountering the trainer and mentoring program showed me that it can actually be easy. My fascination with psychology has always led me here. I participated in the counseling and trainer program. Inside here; There was change, transformation, education, knowledge and wonderful people. When I took the training and counseling program, I clearly understood that I was born again.
I could be with people now. That's what I wanted to do. And thanks to the training and consultancy program, I made my dreams come true. Thanks to the program like a butterfly, I came out of my cocoon and what I learned gave strength to my wings. And now I am in Bursa and in my office. Now I can write them wherever I want. "Eğitmenlik ve Danışmanlık programıyla 2015 yılında tanıştım. Daha sonra 2017’de mentörlük yaptım. Peki neydi beni eğitmenlik ve danışmanlık programına çeken ve bağlantımı hep korumamı sağlayan? Ben akademisyenim. Akademisyenler eğitimin içinde olmalarına rağmen Eğitim Fakültesi mezunu değillerse eğitimin nasıl verileceği ile ilgili bir formasyon almazlar. Oysa ben akademisyenliğin araştırma yönü kadar eğitim kısmını da hep çok sevdim ve klasik bir eğitmen olmak yerine öğrencilerin daha çok ilgisini çekecek; onların hayatlarına daha çok dokunabilecek bir eğitmen olmak istedim hep. Bunun için önceden eğitim koçluğu eğitimi alıp, eğitim koçu olmuştum zaten. Böylece bana sorunlarını açan öğrencilere daha profesyonel şekilde koçluk yapmaya çalışıyordum. Ama eğitim formasyonu kısmım hala eksikti. Mastercamp ile yetişkinlere nasıl eğitim vermem gerektiğini öğrendim. Bir nevi formasyonumu almış oldum. Tabi ki programdaki tek konu bu değildi. Marka yönetiminden, pazarlamaya, stil danışmanlığından, koçluk becerilerine bir eğitmen ve danışmanda olması gereken tüm unsurlara sahip olan kapsamlı bir programdı. Bana en büyük katkılarından biri de, ömür boyu sürecek dostluklar oldu. Burası çok sıcak bir aile ve bu ailenin bir parçası olmak bile benim için büyük bir kazanım. Bu eğitimle birlikte ders verme şeklim değişti. Artık derslerimin çok daha verimli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Zaten koçluk yapıyordum; bunu pekiştirmek için de fırsatım oldu. Onun dışında programdan mezun olmak için hazırladığım sunumu hazırlarken kendimle ilgili çok şey fark ettim.
Burası kendime giden yolculuktaki önemli adımlardan biri oldu. Yol tabi ki uzun ama bu yolda birlikte yürüyecek yol arkadaşlarımın olduğunu bilmek de ayrı güzel. Mastercampi hayatında yenilik yapmak isteyen, içinde “ah aslında yapmak istediğim, anlatmak istediğim çok şey var” hissiyle dolaşan, ikinci kariyer sahibi olmak isteyen, şu an yaptığı işte mutsuz olup ama başka da ne yapabileceğini bilemeyen, eğitmenliğe ve danışmanlığa ilgisi olan, değişmekten, dönüşmekten korkmayan herkese tavsiye ederim."
